Mr. Chuma, as President of Meridian Design Build and one of two founding principal owners, is responsible for management of the firm’s day to day operations.  He coordinates strategic planning efforts that provide direction for the firm’s future growth.  In addition to working one on one with clients, assisting them with new project development, he guides the firm’s executive management team and oversees the legal and financial operations of the company.

Mr. Chuma has personally been involved in the successful planning, design, construction, and occupancy of more than 200 facilities with a total square footage in excess of 20 million square feet.

Prior to founding Meridian Design Build, Mr. Chuma tenured an eighteen-year career with various local design build firms working his way from project engineer through increasing levels of executive management culminating in his current position of President.
